How do I and when can I receive the tips?
You will receive tips by sms text message and email, latest 1 hour before match kickoff. For matches starting after midnight (local Macau time GMT+8), tips will be delivered latest by 11:59pm.

What happens if tips draw or lose?
For all purchased tips ending in draw or lose (on Asian Handicaps), we will offer 3 free replacement tips. These 3 free replacement tips will be delivered by sms text message and email, starting from the next available match day. No further replacements will be given if the replacement tips draw or lose.

Can I request for free trial tips?
To be fair to all our paying members, we will reject all requests for free trial tips. If our results are not satisfactory, keep monitoring our performance until you are satisfied.

Do you offer weekly or monthly subscriptions?
We apologise that we are unable to offer any long-term subscription-based memberships at this moment.

Can I buy 5 or 10 tips at one time?
Yes you can! But there will not be any further discounts. Regardless the number of tips you purchase, the price per tips will still be the same.

Do you have any special offer for new members?
We treat all members equally, be it new or existing. Therefore, we cannot offer additional special offer specifically for new members only. However, we may offer some special offer for all members occasionally.

Do you accept members from any country?
We accept members from all countries worldwide. It is your own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations in your country regarding sports gaming.

Can I pay for tips using Western Union?
We can only accept payments by Western Union for minimum purchase of 10 tips and above. For more details, please contact us immediately.

Can I pay for tips using local bank transfer?
We offer the convenience of paying by local bank transfer, into our international agents operating in Macau, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, UK and USA. For more details, please contact us immediately. Exchange rates will be based on the latest currency exchange posted at XE.com.
